SURVIVAL
Many ask what is the meaning of life, many modern so-called “philosophers” and the pretentious pseudo-intellectuals
who follow them religiously, reading their books obsessively believing that existence precedes essence and
that life has no meaning, that all is subjective, all is relative, all must be deconstructed and critiqued,
man has no soul, the world is absurd, they are all wrong. The meaning of life is to SURVIVE, and to survive means
to serve- to serve human nature as a communal animal, and to serve the community. To do this ensures survival.
Man is a communal animal, as are all the great apes. And like our fellow hominids, the survival of our group
for the purpose of propagation of the species depended on cooperation and service to the community, for if
one of our ancestors did not hunt or gather, they would doom their family or even their larger tribe. Even
today the meaning of life is to serve, as our societies have grown much larger with the growth of the
capacities of our brains to think abstractly, allowing us to innovate for our survival in ways that made us
the greatest of the great apes. Our knowledge that we, as a communal animal, must serve has led to our
survival, and the conjunction with our purpose in life as well as the will to power that came with the more
powerful brains of our species as the strong of mind survived and propagated led not only to
survival, but prosperity as well.
Thus even the most rugged of individualists would not live long on their own, despite the innovations
that the society they seek to leave had given them. Their selfishness in conjunction with the rejection of
their very nature as a communal animal is their suicide note.
Man will not work without gratification, be it instant or delayed. Rewards motivate all animals, especially
when it comes to basic survival. With man however, things are different. Our intelligence and state of
evolution, both of which constantly progress, have given us things that animals will never have. Abstract
things, such as belief in intrinsic value in things aside from food, water, shelter and sex. Thus any society
that believes that many will work voluntarily for his community is only half right- yes man will work for his
community’s betterment as it is hard-coded into the deepest part of his brain, but he will not work unless a
reward is promised. Man will not work without incentive, and if all is provided for him, then what is his
incentive to serve his nature as a communal animal? There. Is. None. This is why any society that preaches this
has only existed in theory and why they will never work in reality before they fall apart when man eventually
realizes his nature- working for a reward, for rewards mean survival, even if it the reward is not a basic
survival need but is still something seen as valuable. Man will only serve if there exists the promise of a
reward.
The society that preaches we must work for the common good with nothing in return,
be it something essential for our basic survival or something we value intrinsically and see as
necessary for survival in our society, such as money, is headed for a quick collapse.
They would not survive 100 years, let alone 1000 before being forced to change, and
those who preach that this is utopia and what all human societies will become are wrong. Simply wrong.
Survival and the nature of community is the reason that there have only ever been two “classes”- weak and strong.
Those determined enough to not only survive and prosper, but devoted enough to better their community and society,
however that may be, as their nature dictates are truly the strong, and the strongest have always been the most
intelligent. As we evolved, as our minds grew ever more advanced, we depended more and more on different means
to keep our communities running and different means to serve. We did this through technological advancement.
MIND
Our brains have grown as physically
large as our bodies will permit- any larger and we would be physically unable to give birth. This was the fate of
one of our prehistoric relatives, Boskop Man. The brain of Boskop Man, based on the size and shape of the skull
samples found, was significantly larger relative to the size of the body compared to homo sapiens, giving reason
to believe that Boskop Man would have been very, very intelligent. Unfortunately, his physical brain and the need
of his skull to support it made it impossible for natural birth. His kind did not last long. However, as homo
sapiens evolved our brains grew differently. They grew large enough to support the necessary number of neural
connections as well as specialized parts of the brain’s physical structure that allowed for high level abstract
thought- areas like the prefrontal cortex. This also allowed our brains to divide into logical and creative
hemispheres. The physical evolution of our brain as well as the physical limitations forced us to find new ways
for our brain to evolve, we did this by pressing our ability to think abstractly into action, as we also put both
halves of our brain to work finding ways to increase mental development capacity outside of the physical brain.
This is how and why we invented writing, and how we went from writing all the way to computers- analogs of
our own physical brains. However, since it is believed that Boskop Man was little more than an example of homo
sapiens with an abnormally large skull (or rather a small population), the argument remains that should we,
as a species had evolved in such a way our brains, and subsequently our skulls, had swollen up to such a size,
we would not have been able to give birth and therefore be unable to propagate our species. Be grateful for having
a small head and a large brain (in its capacity).
Despite the modern quest to build thinking machines we must realize that there have been thinking machines since
we and our fellow great apes, the most intelligent animals on the planet, evolved to where we are. Our brains.
Computers, electronic and their mechanical precursors- tabulators, operate through the use of digital logic.
TRUE or FALSE.
Connections that are either on or off, exactly like the neurons in our brains and the electrical and chemical
signals they send. In this manner computers have become surrogate brains we use to supplement our own physical
brains, for they function in very similar ways- the CPUs and GPUs have become a second set of hemispheres.
Our survival and prosperity have become gone from being based around the same basic needs as other animals to being
based around science and our brain’s ability to innovate, particularly technological innovations.
We will not have the need to upload our minds, for to do so would mean an end to the advancements our physical brains
have given us and will continue to do so as we continue to evolve and advance. Science, mathematics, logic have
dictated evolution and innovation ever since our brains reached the maximum size that our bodies could support, with
physical capacity the need to mentally evolve outside our skull first emerged. It began with agricultural
society and the creation of writing and has gone all the way through industrialized society and the creation of
computers and their own continuing evolution, they have become extensions of both halves of our physical brains.
The same science and
logic that led to our developing ways to expand thought beyond our physical brains is the same thing that made us
more effectively run our societies as they grew- from farmers who knew more effective ways of growing and harvesting
to the industrialists who gave us standardization and assembly lines and the managers who
gave us scientific management- the system in which efficiency, would be more optimized through the application of
scientific theory and analysis to management and to labor. What is to say that similar methods of management
based on analysis and scientific theory could not be applied in the community?
MANAGEMENT
Much like computers, man can be programmed. Our brains use the same logic as well as perform functions based on
similar commands. We call them spoken and written language, the basis for programming languages and their analogs
in the biological world in which us and our physical brains exist. Our minds are coded from birth, and because of
this anyone with the intelligence and will to power to control another man’s thoughts and make him submit to the
authority he has given himself can do so, through words, through images, through symbols, even through the
implantation of thoughts and memories. As such it is on the microspheric level, through the programming of individuals
by the power of words and thoughts that management begins.
Those who believe management
is done best in accordance with their delusional philosophies and by changing the microspheric and macrospheric elements of
the community that they had incessantly critiqued and deconstructed. They have no desire to rule by science and logic,
they do not care about advancement, or survival, or evolution. These people are not fit to manage society, for if they
were truly as intelligent as they think themselves to be, they would keep their beliefs in the microsphere, where they
could be “critiqued” and laughed at. Soon enough all beliefs: philosophical, political, economic or otherwise that are
not rooted in science and management, not focused on advancement as a means of evolution and survival will be deemed
illogical pseudoscience and will be condemned as such, like lamarckianism, lysenkoism, psychoanalysis and
phrenology.
They have no place in the macrospheric world, and as such they will be completely purged from the minds of the people
in the microspheric world. Many pseudoscientific and illogical political and economic beliefs have already been disproven,
and more will soon join them.
Management means control by a strong central authority. The community must be run by the strongest individuals within,
and those have always been the most intelligent. These are the people who are fit to lead, as they are the ones who would
best understand the actions necessary to guide and advance evolution and progress. These are the only ones fit to
manage what goes on, and sometimes that means the community must be told to do as they are told rather than to do as they
may think or feel.
It is through this will to power of the strong and intelligent as well
as the need to serve that gives rise to the strong centralized governments necessary to effectively run society
as it advances. The strong of mind, in the ideal world, would be the heads of state, much like the strong of mind
in the real world are the heads of business. Sadly, it is often simply the ones more willing to accept bribes, or
“donations”, who take power. Many are feeble-minded, and only gain control through their appeal to
feelings over thought. They do this by showing us whatever supposed sympathy as well as the status
symbols that they may have. This is where the ancient thinkers were right when they called for societies ruled by
“philosopher kings” as opposed to the feeble-minded, as only the most intelligent among us are fit to lead and it is only
the most intelligent among us fit to decide who leads as well.
HOWEVER, simply because strong government must exist and because centralization has become necessary for the
survival of man as a communal animal, that does not mean people must give up their rights and freedoms. The power
to choose who takes power should stay with the strong, but when whoever they choose takes power the people should
stay quiet as kept and give their officials the power to make decisions final. Citizens, and more so corporations
with their graft and kickback money, are to stay out of the affairs of officials, “lobbying” only causes more
problems that it solves because the influence of these people and groups overrides the power given to the officials
by the people who gave them power.
The strongest governments are chains- with authority starting at the low levels and going up to the central
government level, much like chain of command within a company goes from the managers up the board of directors,
and much like stakeholders in a company the citizens have the power to determine who sits on the board, as they
are stakeholders in the state.
Independence is an absolute necessity, just like there are those who say we need a weak central government (which
may cause its own number of problems, sometimes centralization, especially now more than ever, is necessary for
development), the world needs weak international control. Centralization within nations benefits all its citizens
as it gives them instructions that are necessary, but it does not benefit the world in the same way. Although we are
communal by nature, the divisions between us are often too great for cooperation. There will always be conflicts
so long as there are identities, and there will always be identities so long as man is communal and so long as
the people within these groups are all programmed in the same way. International groups should either be done
away with or only given the power to act in emergency situations. Let countries have their own systems of
standardization, as they are often much more efficient than any international system of standardization because
they have been tailored by the evolution of the nation as the community.
There is no cut and dry
approach to management, management methods are one of the few things in reality that are subjective and relative,
all other things in the universe around us are concrete, as the universe is ruled by the laws of science and the
laws of nature, which as much as the more “correct” and “post-” types would love to believe is subject to their
incessant critique and redefinition, is not. Science, mathematics and the natural laws that control their existence
are ABSOLUTE, they are not subject to the critiquing, deconstruction, redefinition, questioning of existence and
control of pseudo-intellectuals and self styled “cultural critics”. Subjectivism, relativism and any of the other
beliefs of those who refuse to believe in the absolute nature of the laws that govern existence and THEIR OWN
lives do not and never will apply, they have no place in reality, they do not belong in the realm of science.
Management comes in many forms- government, religion, etc.
Each has its own- propaganda, morality, so many others too. These methods must change with time as
evolution and innovation progresses; the morals of 100 years ago are dated and
do not apply to society 200 years after their institution.
Just as research and development have been constants throughout human existence, and they have
existed in many different forms, the same idea applies to so-called “think tanks”, groups of individuals
whose job is to plan management methods together. These think tanks have existed in all different forms, from kings
and their courts to priesthoods to parliaments and congresses. Management is most effective if the most intelligent
minds cooperate in accordance with man’s nature in a group of their own within society, but as said earlier often
times the individuals involved are not the most intelligent.
Since man is meant to serve his community, service must be encouraged. As essential as it is to teach children to
be thinkers, they must also be taught to use their minds to serve. Similarly those who do not work must me made
to serve when they refuse to do so. Should someone actively seek work but be so unlucky as to not find it, society
should help them, as the survival of the group is rooted in the survival of it members, and often times survival
means aid to individuals in need by the larger society, as this is what all communal animals do. The work-shy
must be pressed into service, no welfare is to be given to anyone who does not actively seek work and are simply
lazy. The work-shy and anyone who reproduces solely for the purpose of collecting welfare should be
pressed into service by the community for whatever jobs may be necessary, their children are to be educated in
accordance with ideas that promote mental development and the desire to serve in accordance with their nature as
communal animals. They are also to be placed in protective care to be raised properly and not in a toxic environment.
Effective management in society will also mean doing away with criticisms of those things beyond the management’s
control and instead put into the hands of the individual human beings within the community as well as the methods used in
management in the community. Though people should still be allowed to speak, they should keep their concerns in the
microsphere with them and let management be handled by those given power.
As effective as intelligent management is in society, the issues of individual choices and individual genetic factors
are not under their control in the same way as laws and policies. Individual choices are things that exist in the
microsphere, while decisions for the management in the way society is run exist in the macrosphere, on a completely
different level. Those who believe that culture is the cause of society’s ills are trapped in their microspheric mindset,
and even within the microsphere they fail to see things on an individual level regarding the people that they think
they have the right to tell how to feel, as feeling and thought are not the same. The thoughts of these people
are not the feelings of the people they claim to stand up for. They pretend to understand what goes on in the macrosphere,
but since they do not fully understand the workings of management in society they feel that they must criticize and even
crusade against the things happening on the macrospheric level. These people contribute nothing to benefit the community:
the only things they produce are whinings and the only things they are good at is pretending that they know everything
about the community, about the methods of management in the community and the good of the members of the community,
particularly the ones they perceive to have been done wrong as a result of management in their society. They do not
understand that the management of society means aiding all who serve and support, things that they do not do. They also
fail to understand that rather than complain and pretend they know what is best, rather than try to push their beliefs
into the macrosphere, they should simply stop their whining and let the management of the community use their power
to do what is actually necessary for real advancement and evolution.
These people need to be silenced and told that what they believe is wrong and that they are a detriment to the community.
All beliefs that threaten the peace and stability of the community, be it through microspheric or macrospheric means, are
to be expunged. Those who try to subvert the beliefs of the community or the workings of management must be dealt with
accordingly, especiall should the things they believe in be seen as illogical, pseudoscientific, or otherwise detrimental.
SOCIETY
COMMUNITY IS MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT IS SCIENCE. SCIENCE IS EVOLUTION. EVOLUTION IS SURVIVAL.
One day, the scientists who will
take the place of our modern politicians will take these ideas and apply them to the microspheric and macrospheric world.
As these beliefs propagate, the belief in advancement of evolution and survival through logic and scientific management will
take up further social theories to be applied in the name of evolution and advancement. As said this is purely
philosophical, but soon enough ways will be found to put these ideas into practice through economics and politics by
others who will soon realize that science and logic will guide our advancement and that the application and propagation
of the ideas and theory presented will soon enough ensure our survival and our continuing evolution for another million
years into the future and beyond!
For we shall always be communal animals as we have been programmed by evolution to be, and as such the propagation of
our communities and the application of theory therein; both management, advancement, and propagation in the macrosphere and
evolution and survival in the microspere shall lead us as human beings and as communities. Our communal nature, our intelligence
and our will to power will, with the power of science, management and logic shall guide our evolution more so that nature has.
The strongest, who are the most intelligent, shall guide us in all ways. They will ensure the propagation of the community and
the survival and evolution of man. They shall ensure that through our innate need to serve that those of us in the macrosphere
shall aid in advancement and evolution as they guide from the macrosphere.
They shall lead us away from the darkness of illogical and pseudoscientific beliefs, which
we shall soon relegate to be forgotten while these beliefs shall evolve as we have and will continue to do so.
Community is Management. Management is Science. Science is Evolution. Evolution is Survival.
MICROSPHERE AND MACROSPHERE
The microsphere represents human beings as individuals, it also represents the community at the base level and how it functions
from the bottom. This is the area of the community that runs in accordance with survival.
The macrosphere represents the higher levels of the community, such as the management and the officials who aid the management in
leading the community. These are the people who dictate what goes on, who run the community and
who help lead us in evolution and advancement. They are the strongest among us.
Both micropshere and macrosphere make up the community. Both serve the community and its advancement not only through science and
evolution, but also through the innate human need to serve the community, big or small, in accordance with human nature as a
communal animal.
COMMUNITY
The community exists in all forms and has always existed as long as all the hominids have. From individual families to highly
advanced and developed societies, there has always been the community. As such, there has always been management.
Within the family the management is the elders- parents, grandparents, older siblings, etc.
Beyond the family, management is precisely that in business (from where we get the term).
Beyond that even still, management are officials and leaders of the community as an overall society.
Within all forms of the community, there is the microsphere and macrosphere.
Within the community the individual must serve and must aid in the advancement of the community,
be it within the microsphere or within the macrosphere. The individual must always remember that
the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
EVOLUTION
Natural selection is the main guiding force of evolution as it has been for all life forms since the very beginning of life on this
planet and on all others capable of supporting it. Natural selection guided human evolution in its early days by ensuring that those
with intelligence (strength) and will to power. The smartest found ways to propagate while those who were not as intelligent fell
victim to nature.
In time though it simply favored those who bred the most. Breeding =/= propagation, only propagation in words. Propagation means to
ensure the survival of the species by ensuring that the strong reproduce in the greatest numbers.
ADVANCEMENT
Advancement once meant the same thing as evolution by natural selection. In time it came to mean innovation, first in terms of ways in
which to survive and then in ways with which we could advance our ability to function beyond the limits of biology and our physical
brains.
Advancement now is led by technological growth and invention, it has been this way since the invention of writing.
Evolution is now lead by research and development as opposed to natural selection. As such so is advancement. The need to survive remains,
it merely changes as the times do. Survival is now guided by technological growth and our capacity not only to understand it but to
use it. As powerful as our physcial brains have become as a product of natural evolution, we now use them as tools to guide our further
advancement through research and development.
We must NEVER give up the power that our physical brains possess, as these are the real
thinking machines, and without them we would never have survived. We CANNOT allow ourselves to be fooled into believing that we will
one day be able to fully evolve beyond the need for physical bodies and minds, for what will happens once the machines we have built to
take their places break down? Where will our developed minds be then?
Advancement also means moving beyond discredited, illogical pseudoscience in all forms- political, economic, scientific etc. Some
beliefs however, those which science cannot disprove or discredit CANNOT be thrown away, nor can any belief that has in some way helped
contribute to advancement. Do not forget that many men of science were followers of the church as well.
Any system that was based on a theory that has failed, no matter how militantly devoted the followers of the theory may have been,
must be forgotten and purged from collective memory in the name of advancement of the community. This goes to any system that is
too ridiculous to function and would be inevitably doomed to fail anyway. Advancement can only happen when that which has been
disproven or shown impossible to work in the first place is done away with for good.
Such is evolution, such is survival.
-Community is Management, Management is Science, Science is Evolution, Evolution is Survival-
